Dragonfly Graphics is not a retail facility. Every item is produced specifically for your order.

Please review all garment specifications and sizing information carefully before completing your purchase.

Due to ongoing industry-wide apparel shortages, certain items may be substituted with a comparable brand of equal quality. Production and fulfillment timelines may also be adjusted in the event of manufacturer backorders.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Because all items are custom made to order, all sales are final.

We will only accept size exchanges under the following conditions:

Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original tags attached.
Items showing any signs of wear, washing, odors (including smoke or perfume), stains, pet hair, or pet dander will not be eligible for exchange.
Customers are responsible for returning the original item before a replacement size is issued.
Size exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size is unavailable, a comparable solution will be offered at Dragonfly Graphics' discretion.

Refunds or replacements for damaged or defective items will be honored if reported within 48 hours of receipt and accompanied by photos of the issue.

Specialty Sizes

Specialty sizes are available and can be ordered directly through Dragonfly Graphics. If you require assistance placing an order for a 2XL or 3XL, please contact our team and we will be happy to assist you with sizing, pricing, and processing your order.

Please contact us before the online store closes to ensure your order can be included with the school order.
